The move comes after large-scale Muslim protests against the plans widened to become pro-independence rallies. Meanwhile police are trying to keep people off the streets in Indian Kashmir as mass protests continue for a seventh straight day. One protester died in unrest on Sunday, bringing the week's death toll to four.
